We’re seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join our client's growing team! This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees as they make important decisions about their health, wellness, and financial security. As a front-line expert, you’ll guide employees through the benefits enrollment process, answer their questions, and ensure all actions are compliant and accurate.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and other platforms to employees and field partners.
• Educate employees about their benefit options and help them navigate the enrollment process.
• Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues.
• Reference benefit documentation and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements including Section 125.
• Maintain and update records in systems like Client Space and Upstream.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared goals and continuously improve the employee experience.
• Support the annual enrollment process including training, communications, and compliance follow-ups.
• Stay informed on benefit plan updates, policy changes, and industry trends.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) consistently.

✅ What You Bring:

• 2-15 Life and Health License required.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and employer benefits required.
• Experience in a PEO environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards.
