Director of Enrollment Services -Full Time-Nebraska Methodist College

Nebraska Methodist College is looking for a Director of Enrollment Services to lead recruitment and marketing strategies. This role focuses on providing leadership and vision to attract and enroll a high-quality student body while achieving institutional enrollment goals. The Director will collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to drive successful enrollment outcomes and support the college’s mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Lead strategic planning for Enrollment Services, aligning recruitment and marketing efforts with the College’s institutional goals and mission.
• Marketing & Recruitment : Collaborate with the NMC Marketing team to develop and implement effective media strategies, website content, and outreach campaigns that support enrollment growth and diversity.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Oversee assessment and utilization of prospective student data, leveraging tools like Jenzabar to enhance recruitment processes and student service.
• Team & Budget Management : Provide leadership and support to the Enrollment Services team, manage recruitment events, and oversee departmental budgeting.
• Partnerships & Communication : Foster strong relationships across academic departments and student services to ensure a seamless admissions experience and coordinated recruitment strategy.

Location:

• Nebraska Methodist College- 720 N. 87th St. - Omaha, NE

Schedule:

• Mon - Fri, business hours including some evenings, weekends, and travel

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Higher Education or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience in admissions-related work
