UNCO is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a wide range of marketing materials, including menus, flyers, posters, brochures, banners, business cards, and social media graphics.
• Design and update restaurant menus on a regular basis to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, and brand direction.
• Collaborate with leadership on brand development and refinement, delivering original artwork that supports brand consistency across all locations and concepts.
• Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content is current and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate with print vendors and oversee all stages of the print production process to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team members to understand creative briefs and ensure deliverables meet marketing goals and deadlines.
• Design branded merchandise and store apparel as needed; oversee monthly uniform updates and ordering.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies - particularly Adobe Creative Suite - and apply them effectively in daily work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support internal departments by designing materials for Operations and HR, including employee training, recognition programs, and internal communications.

To Be Successful:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter mentality to act promptly with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
