Pay Rate: - $23/Hour on W2
Duration: - 12 months (Possible ext.)

Position Summary: -
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in a functional area. Provide support to the material planning, control function, as well as provide support to the Depot in moving hardware through the repair process. Use YORK (Your Online Repair Knowledge) to maintain accurate tracking of hardware moving through factory areas. Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules. Maintain engineering specifications and material movement within purchasing, warehouse and production. Create and generate reports on material plans and schedules. Use MRP Systems (Oracle).
Skills Required: -
Requires a High School education or equivalent.
Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
Familiarity with planning responsibilities (material tracking, movement of hardware throughout the facility)
