Through calls and text-based interactions, you'll provide guidance, reassurance, and friendly support—because sometimes, patients just need someone to check in and care.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to new and existing patients to offer guidance and check on their well-being.
Engage in text conversations to provide support, answer questions, and build connections with patients.
Monitor and report any changes in patient symptoms or behaviors.
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
Assist with referrals to healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
Active RN or LPN license.
Experience in nursing or a related healthcare field.
Comfort with medical software and telehealth communication tools.
Strong ability to build rapport and provide compassionate patient care remotely.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
A friendly, supportive, and reassuring bedside manner—over the phone and via text.
A reliable home office setup for remote work.
