Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Private Practice (FT or Per Diem)

Location: West LA / Culver City

Cayla Kurland Speech Pathology, Inc. is a small, growing pediatric private practice seeking a warm, motivated, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our supportive and collaborative team.

We’re looking for a full-time SLP (or per diem) who enjoys having autonomy in planning therapy sessions and values teamwork and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one speech and language evaluations and therapy for children ages 12 months to 14 years.
• Work primarily in our West LA/Culver City clinic (experience with teletherapy is a plus).
• Treat a wide range of speech and language needs including:
  • Articulation & phonology.
  • Childhood apraxia of speech.
  • Fluency.
  • Receptive and expressive language.
  • Pragmatic/social communication.
  • Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed SLP in California (strong CFs may be considered).
• ASHA CCC certification.
• At least 2 years of pediatric experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Experience with teletherapy is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $82,000–$93,000 annually, based on experience.
