This role combines recruiting, client service, and operational responsibilities. You will source top talent, ensure exceptional experiences for job seekers and clients, and contribute to the success of our team and office. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for this role, as you'll work closely with a diverse workforce and client base.

Recruiter / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Location: Houston – West / Southwest Houston / Sugar Land

Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified field staff
  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and skills assessments
  • Promote openings through direct outreach (calls, texts, referrals)
  • Consistently meet weekly hiring targets (10+ hires/week)
  • Match candidates to roles based on qualifications and client needs
  • Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations in both English and Spanish

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and employees
  • Conduct regular site visits, check-ins, and follow-up calls
  • Understand each client’s business to anticipate future needs
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction
  • Meet client fill rates and ensure timely fulfillment of job orders

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including job orders, assignments, and timesheets
  • Conduct safety orientations and ensure policy compliance
  • Monitor and document employee performance and incidents
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
  • Participate in office opening/closing duties and on-call rotation

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Foster a supportive and professional atmosphere for field staff
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance through incentive programs
  • Act as a coach and career resource for team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the employee experience

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or customer service
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems
  • Reliable vehicle, current driver’s license, and valid insurance required

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with regular travel to client locations
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented atmosphere
  • Requires mobility and periods of sitting throughout the day
