The Opportunity

To lead this effort, we need a visionary Software Architect —someone who can design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven software solutions from the ground up. What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop AI-powered business automation solutions with a focus on Agentic AI .
• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle , from design to deployment .
• Build a high-performing engineering team and set the technical foundation for scale.
• Integrate LLMs, ML models, and automation workflows into real-world SMB operations.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and compliance .
• Work at the intersection of AI, software, and business process optimization , solving high-value problems.

Who You Are

• A startup-minded leader with a track record in Software Architecture or CTO-level roles .
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Node.js, Python preferred).
• Proven experience in AI agent development and Gen AI integrations .
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and AI service integrations (OpenAI, AWS Comprehend, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker .
• Strong grasp of data security, compliance, and best practices .
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and execution skills .
