Job Description
Support the Government Functional Manager(s) and by providing wholesale system support for the D035 Stock Control System (SCS) (D035A/B/C/K/L) mainframe, SCS mid-tier application and interaction with other Service/Agencies.
Must have experience working in the Stock Control system in order to conduct D035A/B/C system analysis.
Interpret D035K/L transactions and data queries.
Conduct research on identified problems and submit discrepancy reports, develop workaround procedures, and answer daily user questions.
Possess the ability to conduct procedural reviews and develop propose changes to D035A/B/C processes, develop new procedures, and develop recommended changes based on revisions to DoD and higher headquarter policy and procedures.
Prepare, justify, track and prioritize system change requests for the D035A/B/C Stock Control System.
Conduct the development, scheduling, integration, test and implementation of system change releases as solutions for user-driven changes and system deficiency corrections.
The contractor shall conduct the testing of system changes with users by collecting and reviewing test results, (i.e. system inputs, outputs) and providing feedback to the implementing organization.
Upon Government direction, the contractor shall develop training packages for D035A/B/C process changes in support of the user community.
Work with center users, MAJCOMs, HQ AF, and other Service/Agencies in procedure and process development, technical support, analysis, requirements determination, and training requirements, among others tasks, to support the Stock Control System.

Have sufficient programming experience working with the Stock Control system in order to support D035 system analysis.
Contractor must be able to develop D035 data queries and interpret D035A/B/C/K/L transactions and data.
Research D035 program logic to determine if the system is performing as required, and if not, submit discrepancy reports.
Possess the ability to conduct procedural reviews and develop propose changes to D035A/B/C/K/L processes, recommend system improvements, and develop recommended changes based on revisions to DoD and higher headquarter policy and procedures.

Skills & Requirements
Ten years of directly related experience.
Masters Degree Required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Access, Excel
