Job Description IT Architectural Engineering Services: LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for an IT Architectural Engineering Services role to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB in San Antonio, Texas . Responsibilities: Develop architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems or solutions that operate in non-traditional government IT practices , incorporating the new models as issued in OMB directive M-22-09 (Moving the U.S. Government Toward Zero Trust Cybersecurity Principles) . Create guidance and strategies to build architectures for MHS/DHA systems, focusing on SAS (Software as a Service) cloud model over IAS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PAS (Platforms as a Service). Perform Technical Architecture activities: implementing standard architectural practices; ensuring interoperability of business practices, systems, resources, and technologies; ensuring engineering activities contain sufficient documentation to integrate into the DHA Enterprise Architecture. Technical Skills and Experience: Power Platform, SailPoint, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Radiant Logic, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Smart Card, CyberArk, PIM/PAM, Zero Trust, Data Security, FIDO2, MFA, SAS (Software As Service) , and Intune experience. Engineer and develop solutions, concepts, and workflows in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID. Develop, engineer, and architect an ICAM solution from the ground up, moving from a perimeter defensive posture to an identity-centric world. Validate technical requirements against functional requirements gathered during the requirements worksheet (RW) provided by MHS/DHA sources or during Governance. Manage technical requirement artifacts throughout the service design and engineering phases of the project lifecycle. Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate review and provide input to the Initial Request Analysis Meeting (iRAM) and Request Analysis Meeting (RAM) via the Customer Request Review Team (CRRT) and initial Customer Request Management (CRM) approval, including project funding, requirements, and timelines. Receive RW packages; develop and validate functional requirements; initiate feasibility studies. Identify and assign business analyst resources for RW review and validation. Review incoming project's configuration and architecture documentation to ensure compliance with requirements. Facilitate technical options selection in coordination with MHS/DHA liaison, customer, and SMEs. Team and Technical Development: Assemble technical requirements teams including engineering SMEs and IA representatives to develop detailed technical requirements and address process gaps. Leverage functional requirements and SME input to develop detailed technical specifications supporting engineering efforts. Develop a Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES) to define test criteria and methods aligned with operational needs. Review and Management: Review and recommend approval/disapproval/modification of documentation from engineering and SMEs. Manage the evolution of technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide input for acquisition activities as needed. Design and deliver DoD Architecture Framework documents and artifacts. Integrate architectural designs into existing production environments as applicable. Support re-architecting and re-engineering efforts to meet real-time needs. Collaborate with other agencies and industry partners on architectural and engineering efforts. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills to explain, document, and justify new technologies and their impact on security, mission, and end-users. Minimum IAT Level II Certification required to start. IAT III certification required within 6 months of start date. Ability to pass a background investigation for a NACLC Public Trust clearance. NACLC & DHA CAC clearance required to start.
