What You’ll Do:

• Lead parent training sessions to maximize client outcomes
  
• Maintain and manage your billable utilization and your team’s productivity
  
• Conduct direct therapy and supervision as needed to support your clients
  
• Oversee clinical programming and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  
• Review data and session notes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  
• Provide structured supervision for RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and ABA grad students
  
• Guide fieldwork students per BACB guidelines
  
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, trainings, and documentation
  
• Actively contribute to team meetings, center procedures, and collaborative policies
  
• Mentor staff through ongoing professional development initiatives
  
• Provide care coordination and family support as needed
  
• Hold bi-weekly check-ins with your BTs to offer feedback and support
  

What You Bring:

• Current BCBA certification (BACB guidelines)
  
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  
• A strong clinical foundation with excellent decision-making skills
  
• A collaborative mindset and ability to lead with empathy
